And most people were impressed.
‘You are literally a super hero. I need to start doing this,’ one mum said.
‘Can I please join your family. I don’t want to be an adult or work out what to eat every day,’ said another.
The list inspired many to give meal prepping a go.
‘I want to do this – I am going to try next month,’ one woman said.
‘Can you post your list monthly for those of us who aren’t good at planning?’ one woman asked, planning to cope the list each month.
Others though the menu could do with a little tweaking.

‘I feel like 5.8 and 5.10 need to be switched around. steak and veggies is a Saturday meal and sandwiches are definitely a Monday meal,’ one woman said.
‘My husband would have a fit about having chicken three days in a row,’ said another.
But some said the lack of room for spontaneity bothered them.
‘Urgh, looks boring,’ one woman said.

‘Who cooks every day? Wow,’ said another.
‘This is a great idea and probably saves money. However, I don’t think I would do very well with this because whatever I planned for a particular day might not sound good when that day rolls around,’ complained another.
And others were just impressed with the mum’s impressing handwriting.
‘Can you teach me to write like this?’ one woman asked.
‘Omg I love your writing,’ said another.
‘Just here to crush on your penman ship,’ said another.
Others read the list and said they aspire to be that organised.
What are the benefits of meal prepping?
Meal prepping is a great way to control a tight budget, as it stops impulse spending on meals out which add up quickly.
Preppers claim they love knowing what is for dinner each night – so they don’t have to stress about it n the day. This can help with fridge management as well.
It can be a good option for people wanting to lose weight as it allows them to manage their calorie intake.
They can also avoid takeaway meals which can become an unhealthy lifestyle choice.
