When asked how significant fitness is in her life, Brooke said it plays an important role as she always feels better after moving her body.

‘I take my dog for a long walk every morning and sometimes that is enough exercise for me, but other days I need to do more to clear my mind,’ she said.

‘I find exercise is a form of meditation for me – it’s time for me to connect and check in with myself.’
